FBB has a wide range of applications, including cosmetics, chocolate, medical and health care, toiletries, dry foods, frozen and chilled foods, tea and coffee, biscuits, baked goods, clothing, toys, games and photographic products. FBB can also be plastic extrusion coated, laminated with materials such as aluminum foil and greaseproof paper and be given grease resistance and other functional treatments.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

Made from multi-layer fourdrinier machine, Century has excellent folding strength, good ply bond that can resist cracking and delamination during folding process. To reach the excellent foldability and ply bond, this multilayer structure provides that with three to four fiber layers and two times double sides coating. Without filler in it, all raw materials which imported wood pulp without domestic supply and de-inking pulp. The receipt is based on the innovated process mixing with long and short fibers.

1) It has excellent whiteness and surface smoothness which highlights print gloss after printing;
2) High smoothness also delivers good color reproduction and can reduce ink usage for printers;
3) The product has little two sideness and therefore is very suitable for demanding two sides printing;
4) To reach same caliper and stiffness, it could help to lower the grams and cost for our esteemed customers;
5) The product can be smoothly converted with various processes such as water & solvent based varnishing, calendaring, lamination and offset printing;

High-end cosmetics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, IT, FMCG packagings as well as premium paperbags, greeting cards, post cards, covers.



PACKAGE AND SHIPPING:

Reels: Plastic film wrapped on wooden pallets on pallets, or according to client's requirement
Sheets: 100-125 sheets wrapped with strong PE coated kraft paper, film wrapped, packed on wooden pallets with angle protector
